Let the Devon based Neil Maya Quartet take you back to 1959 and the cool sounds of one of the greatest jazz bands in existence, the Dave Brubeck Quartet, playing such classics as Blue Rondo Ala Turk, Unsquare Dance and Take Five.
Performing with a light, skilful touch and an air of frivolity, Neil Maya on saxophones is joined by some of the most exciting jazz musicians working in the South West today. Listen out in the first half for the band's original compositions and other standards, and then all the Brubeck favourites in the second half.
