A Journey into French Music from Offenbach to Gainsbourg

FiFi La MerThis event has now finished

Expect a toe-tapping tribute to French music from this entertaining duo!

Fifi la Mer and Oliver Wilby will take you on a journey through 100 years of French music, from Offenbach to Gainsbourg, not forgetting Michel Legrand and Edith Piaf. Featuring the dulcet tones of Fifi on accordion and voice, and the talents of Oliver on clarinet, members of the saxophone family, and accordion, the pair share tales of the mystery, romance and heartache that we so often associate with Paris, alongside a repertoire of musical gems.

Fifi la Mer was born in Paris and, when not touring with this show, performs with her band ‘Oh la la!’. Oliver Wilby regularly tours with the Pasadena Roof Orchestra and the Ray Gelato Giants.

French-themed costume and fancy dress is strongly encouraged for these performances, with a prize from FiFi for the best-dressed in each venue!
