Express your Creativity through Drawing and Movement!
Make large drawings in pen and pastels, inspired by patterns you see in the world around you. Then working with others, turn your drawings into exciting new movements, expressing yourself through the shapes and rhythms of one another's drawings. Artwork will be turned into costumes for a finale dance to share with parents and guardians at 3:45pm.
Suitable 6yrs+
Workshop runs 10:30am-4pm
Wear loose clothing and bring a packed lunch
(no nuts please, in line with schools policies)
The Artz+ team may be able to provide support to enable children who are disabled or have additional needs to take part in this workshop, giving parents the opportunity for respite. If your child would benefit from support, please email leisureWDWP@dorsetcouncil.gov.uk
Buccal trained staff are also available, please specify if you require this. Early application to request Artz+ support is recommended and will be dependent on their availability.
