Did you know that there is a building that looks like a cat in Germany, and a koala shaped building in Australia?! Inspired by some of the amazing buildings around the world, Creative Clay invites you to get hands-on with clay and create YOUR very own place in this fun new workshop.
Explore textures, patterns and shapes as you create your own special place in air-drying clay. Will it be a castle high on a hill with dragons to guard it, or a very tall house with balconies to feed giraffes from as they walk past? Perhaps your place is a tree house with branches popping out? Real or imaginary, your place is yours to invent and bring to life!
With over 20 years experience working with clay, Deborah Clarke founded Creative Clay for All in 2015, at a time when there was a reduction of kilns in community centres and schools - at the same time research was showing crafts like clay were good for peoples wellbeing. Early booking is advised!
