Acclaimed performer Solène Weinachter melds dance, comedy, storytelling, and theatre to ask – what happens in the end?
Through a series of impassioned re-enactments of the funerals of those she’s loved, as well as imagining her own, Solène attempts to conjure a better space to be with death, dying and loss.
After All is a heartfelt exploration of the death rituals we have; the ones lost and those that need inventing.
This dance-theatre show features a strong narrative told through speech, movement and comedy, joyously bringing us together to explore the role that dancing might play in healing.

Join acclaimed performer Solène Weinachter in Martinstown Village Hall for a gentle dance-theatre workshop exploring the relationship between movement and storytelling, with a strong focus on play. Following a physical warm up adapted to the participants’ level, the session will explore how the voice is connected to our physicality, and finish with a creative task combining speaking and moving.
