Sandford Orcas Higher Orchard

Sherborne Sandford Orcas is best approached along the B3148, between Sherborne and Marston Magna. From the South, start at the traffic lights at the A30/B3148 junction. From the North, leave the A303 at Sparkford Roundabout, pass through Marston Magna and turn left onto the B3148 at the Marston Inn.Turn into Sandford Orcas, 2.7 miles North of the A30/ B3148 junction or 1.6miles South of the Marston Inn, signposted Sandford Orcas. Ignore turnings to the left and right and continue down a cutting with high rock banks into the village. Turn right at the T-junction and continue past the village hall for 0.7 miles, following yellow Artsreach signs past The Mitre Inn to Higher Orchard.
