Q1. What is Artsreach doing about Coronavirus?

A. We are actively monitoring and following advice from Government and Public Health England about the outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Q2. Are Artsreach performances still happening?

A. As of this morning, the remainder of our spring season has been postponed until further notice and our website updated accordingly.

Q3. What is Artsreach’s refund policy?

Please follow the following guidance with regards to obtaining a refund:

•    If you purchased your tickets from a local promoter, please contact them directly to discuss a refund.

•    If you purchased your ticket online, a refund will be issued via TicketSource, in-line with their normal terms and conditions, and you will be notified via email.
