Fun-loving puppy Oskar leaves the snowbound little house on top of the mountain to try to find a friendly animal to play with. But where are all the animals? And why does Oskar have to wait till spring to play his favourite game again?
This original play for young children uses a rich mix of storytelling, physical theatre, clowning, puppetry and music & song to tell the tale of a puppy's search for friendship in the wilderness of the Alps.
Theatre Fideri Fidera is a professional Anglo Swiss children s theatre touring company dedicated to creating original theatre for young children. Suitable 2-8 years.
Oskar's Hibernation Workshop
A fun-filled arts and craft workshop follows the performances at Sixpenny Handley and Sturminster Newton, with fun and creative activities inspired by the theme of hibernation and the animals in the play. Places limited to 20 children, who must be accompanied. Enquire when booking.
